Joan Ruddock MP Confirmed speaker at Energy & Environment 2010

On 30th March 2010, Joan Ruddock, Minister of State for the Department for Energy & Climate Change will address a public sector delegation at the Business Design Centre, London.

Her work focuses largely on how we can change behaviour across UK society and she has been instrumental in the production of the Carbon Reduction Commitment. 

The conference entitled, “The UK’s Contribution to a Global Challenge” will be chaired by Ben Webster, Climate Change Editor for The Times newspaper. 

Energy & Environment 2010 brings together speakers from across Government who are responsible for reducing carbon emissions and securing our future energy needs. Practical carbon reduction advice will be given alongside details on technological advances in renewable energy. 

While the UK climbs out of recession, a sense of renewal is driving the nation.
